To maintain a fair gameplay environment and a healthy in-game economy,
PHA enforces strict rules against all forms of automated behavior using external programs, including but not limited to macros, bots, scripts, and automated sniping activities.
This policy applies to any case where an external program performs gameplay or marketplace actions on behalf of a player that are intended to be carried out manually.
Macro usage and other automated gameplay behaviors remain prohibited under our existing rules.
However, due to the limitations of manual review methods such as video reports, we will gradually introduce system-based detection mechanisms to ensure more objective and consistent enforcement.
For example, in certain content where AFK play is not expected, a verification prompt may appear requiring the player to respond within a limited time.
Failure to respond will be recorded, and repeated incidents may result in the account being identified as engaging in automated behavior and subject to penalties.
Using external programs to automatically detect and purchase marketplace listings commonly referred to as sniping is considered a form of automation and is treated the same as macro usage.
While such transactions may appear normal on the surface,
automated purchasing at speeds not achievable through normal human interaction creates an unfair advantage and disrupts free and fair player-to-player trading.
For this reason, sniping is considered a violation of our policies.
Automation-related cases that occurred prior to this notice will not be applied retroactively, as these rules were not explicitly defined at that time.
However, all violations occurring after this notice will be handled under the following penalty structure, which applies equally to all forms of automation:
