In Hell Difficulty, you can obtain Tier 4 Equipment and Loot.
Tier 4 equipment features three main options and introduces even stronger Normal / Regional / Party Dungeon / Field Boss equipment .
You can now register Tier 4 equipment in the Equipment Collection.
